Longer Lifespan: More diamond material means more square footage per set.
Smoother Finish: The double bar design reduces deep scratch marks, making the transition to resin polishing pads easier and faster.
Stable Operation: Reduces machine vibration on uneven floors.
Selecting the Right Bond:
Soft Bond (Yellow/Orange): Use on hard concrete (PSI > 5000) or slick power-troweled surfaces. The softer metal matrix wears away faster to expose new diamonds, keeping the cut sharp.
Medium Bond (Red): The universal choice for standard concrete floors (PSI 3000-5000).
