1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using wosentools.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Products and Services

Wosen Tools supplies diamond grinding segments, PCD tools, resin polishing pads, and related accessories for concrete floor grinding machines. We are a technical sourcing partner – we source and quality-check tooling from verified manufacturers.

Product images are representative. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur between batches without affecting performance.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order unless credit terms have been arranged in writing.

We accept wire transfer (T/T), PayPal, and major credit cards via our secure checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipping to the United States is 7-12 business days. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service is available for qualifying orders. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We provide tracking numbers for all shipments.

5. Returns and Refunds

Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Used or worn products are not eligible for return unless defective. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Product Warranty

All diamond tooling is warranted against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or use on incompatible machines. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.

7. Compatibility Disclaimer

While we verify fitment against known machine specifications, it is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm compatibility before ordering. We provide free compatibility checks – contact us with your machine model before purchasing if unsure.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wosen Tools shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site – including text, images, logos, and product data – is the property of Wosen Tools or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute Site content without written consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, then arbitration in Shenzhen if necessary.
